Shipping Costs and Times

Orders Within Canada - all items are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and insurance. Once your item has shipped you will be emailed your tracking number.

$150 and over FREE*

Orders over $150 ship free
Packages that are shipped free and are returned for a refund will be refunded the purchase price less the actual amount it cost the seller to ship the product. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

**Special note about smaller packages**  
Most single pocket diapers and some smaller items like SNAPPI Fasteners and Inserts will fit in a flat envelope and will ship for a few dollars - please contact me and I am happy to adjust the shipping to accomodate for this. If you choose to use this type of shipping - there is no insurance or tracking provided. Please keep this in mind when choosing to ship for less.

Shipping Times Within Canada - Thank you for your order.
Once your order is recieved, it will be packed and shipped within 2 business days following the day you placed your order. I try to ship next day, however this is not always possible.
If you need something faster, please contact me and I will do my best to get you your package sooner.

Orders to the United States 

Orders to the US - Are shipped via Canada Post with insurance. Once your items have shipped you will be emailed to let you know. I am uable to ship Beco or BG to the United States.

Shipping Times To The United States 

Once your order is recieved, it will be packed and shipped within 2 business days following the day you placed your order. I try to ship next day, however this is not always possible. Shipping from Canada to the US can take up to 14 or longer. If you need something faster, please contact me and I will do my best to get your your package sooner.

Please note - for all international orders, you the customer are the importer to your country and are therefore responsible for any additional duties or taxes imposed by your government.
