Returns are accepted on all purchases within 14 days of you receiving them. Please contact Down To Earth prior to sending in your return. You will be provided with a return authorization number. If you are purchasing for an expectant mom or are expecting yourself, the time frame can be extended if you request the extension when you place your order.

Returned items must be in original condition. Due to the nature of the product - this means unwashed and unworn. I would recommend trying on one diaper prior to washing your whole purchase to ensure the fit is correct for your child. We cannot accept returns on washed or used diapers.

All refunds are subject to a inspection upon arrival. This to to ensure the items are in the same condition they were shipped to you in. If products are found to be washed, worn, or holding odours of smoke or pets, the return may be refused.

For your protection, please send returns with a tracking number. You are responsible for paying all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise to ensure it is in original, resaleable condition, you will be refunded in the original method your purchase was paid for, less the original shipping fee and the restocking fee. Unfortunately, shipping fees are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Warranties
For warranties on diapers please contact us and we will work with you to contact the manufacturer. It is imperative that you save your original purchase receipt for your warranty to be valid.
