What is Baby Wearing?

Baby wearing is a term used to describe an age old tradition of carrying your baby with you, on your body. Your baby can be “attached” to you using anything from a simple piece of cloth wrapped around you and your baby, to more engineered type carriers fitted with modern buckles and fasteners.

Why Wear Baby?

There are many benefits for both mom/dad and baby! For a new mom, wearing your baby frees up your hands so you can do things around the house while still holding your baby close to you. Baby loves to be held close to mom where s/he can hear your heartbeat, feel you breathing and smell you close to her.
